SHIPPING POLICY: It generally takes 7 - 10 business days to ship your order with our standard shipping costs. This gives us time to contact our warehouse to prepare your order for shipment. We do offer expedited shipping on some items, so please contact our offices if you would like to try to expedite your shipping. There are additional costs for expedited shipping. Our policy of "Free Shipping on orders $100 and above" does not apply to any expedited shipping. We do not expedite the shipping for international orders. All international orders are standard shipping, and they do not qualify for the free shipping costs for orders over $100.00. Most orders ship prior to the 7 - 10 day shipping time.

Once your order has shipped, the shipping tracking number is entered in our system. You can check this number by accessing our Customer Care page and entering your order confirmation number where requested. If your order has shipped, and you have entered your requested information, your shipping tracking number will appear. Copy that number onto the webpage of the shipping company and you will be able to track your package as it moves along their system. If your tracking number does not appear, the item more in likely has not shipped yet.

Please Note: Once the package has been shipped, the package is in the hands of the shipper and is no longer in our control. Embroidery Plus Designs will not be able to change, cancel, or expedite the shipping once it has left our warehouse. Embroidery Plus Designs has no authority over the speed of the shipping company.

SHIP-TO-LOCATIONS: Embroidery Plus Designs ships within the United States and some international countries. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please contact our office to see if your product is available for expedited shipping. Additonal costs apply for expedited shipping.   We do not expedite shipping to international countries. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Buyer Pays all shipping costs.

SALES TAX: 7.25%

30 DAY RETURN POLICY: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with the product, for any reason, please return to Embroidery Plus Designs, at the buyer's expense, and a refund of the product, minus any shipping charges will be promptly issued. A full and complete refund is issued if Embroidery Plus Designs is unable to initially fulfill your order and ship the item to you. Embroidery Plus Designs take every effort to provide quality merchandise. Please contact customer service prior to returning any merchandise to see if any conflicts can be resolved.

PRICES: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We supply our warehouse from many different outlets. We strive to stay abreast of all price changes coming into us from our outlets, and only change our store pricing when it is absolutely necessary after a price change has passed over to us. Embroidery Plus Designs takes pride in providing very reasonable costs for its' customers.

COUPONS: Embroidery Plus Designs offers many coupons to it's customers.  Most coupons are sent through email, so sign up for our email list to receive this discounts.  To redeem a coupon, you enter the coupon code in the box provided when beginning the checkout procedure.  You must register and sign-in for the coupon code to be valid.  It will not be valid if using PayPal Express and going straight to PayPal.  Once you sign-in and begin the checkout process, you will still have the opportunity to pay with PayPal.  Your coupon code is just not valid, though, if you go straight to PayPal at the start of the checkout process.
